Job Duties:
- Drive vehicles in and out of the bays
- Clean and prepare surfaces for rust prevention treatment by removing dirt, grime, and existing rust.
- Apply rust protection coatings using various techniques, such as spray application, brushing, or dipping, ensuring even coverage and proper adhesion.
- Use electric drill to bore hole into the body of the vehicle panels, according to Krown diagrams.
- Wash outside of vehicles while maintaining the interior cleanliness as well.
- Assist with various tasks in our facility, from organizing inventory to basic equipment maintenance.
- Support our team in fulfilling orders and meeting production goals.
- Learn valuable skills on the job while working alongside experienced professionals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive maintenance, detailing, or a related automotive field is advantageous.
- Steel toe boots
- Ability to work with attention to detail and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Strong physical stamina
- Willing to work on Saturdays as needed
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background check, basic physical and drug test.
