Decision Counsel has an opening for a Head of Project Management based out of our Berkeley, California headquarters. We are in the process of creating a Center of Excellence (COE) for strategic client engagement in conjunction with our content studios and digital experiences teams. Do you possess in-depth experience of project management including governance, best practice methodologies, and the ability to function in a dynamic and agile environment?
Experience in leading large client engagement teams and working with executive level decision makers is a must. Your blend of organizational, communication and motivational skills will be paramount to our success. You will thrive managing individual project managers, as they harness and manage delivery teams that include our designers, writers, technologists and account leads. Experience having successfully led similar groups is a big plus. A key part of this role will be leading weekly project status discussions and conducting regular performance reviews of the DC project teams’ performance. Decision Counsel has produced robust processes and tools to empower the success of our Center of Excellence.
This role is ultimately responsible for the profitable delivery of high-quality deliverables that power client satisfaction, meet business requirements, and manage the balance of client and DC internal expectations. We are seeking candidates with the following experience:
