Position Title: Enterprise Project Manager
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Summary of Duties: Provide hands-on project management over key enterprise/IT projects, particularly projects involving finance, supply chain, and ERP system changes. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-value projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Participate in maintaining and enhancing standard project lifecycle processes for the Enterprise PMO and actively lead in training of coworkers to enable all IT and enterprise teams to execute projects according to standardized methodologies. Provide direction and guidance to others in the Enterprise PMO and help maintain a strong cross-training effort to ensure maximum skills coverage for the team. Provide direct hands-on project management over key cross-functional IT-business enterprise projects. Maintain control over project budgets, resource allocation and utilization, scheduling, documentation, and reporting. Work within the Deckers culture to maintain and adhere to project management methodologies appropriate to the scope of enterprise projects required for company growth. Maintain all project and portfolio documentation using Enterprise PMO standard tools, e.g. Jira, Workfront, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint, and ensure all documentation and project artifacts are kept current, complete, and saved in standardized folder locations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in analytical or technical field of study and two (2) years of experience leading IT projects in enterprise application implementations. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience, employer will also accept five (5) years of experience leading IT projects in enterprise application implementations. Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following: Standard project methodologies (waterfall and agile) and PMO best practices operations; Technology portfolio analysis/management including managing IT enterprise application project budgets and schedules; MS Project and Jira, Microsoft Office applications and enterprise project and portfolio management applications such as Workfront or Oracle Primavera; and Public speaking such as Toastmasters, quantitative and technical summary presentations, or weekly status updated with project core team members and high level IT executives.
