DecksDirect is now looking to hire Enthusiastic, people-focused, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVES to join our team!  This position plays a key role in helping DecksDirect achieve our mission to “Help People Build Better Decks”.  If you like to work and have FUN in a casual team environment, we want you! 

Responsibilities: 

• Be the go-to person to help every customer find the best possible solution for all their decking needs!
• Work with teammates (designers, buyers, logistics) to provide decking solutions that WOW your customers!
• Process inbound order requirements.  Our customers call you!
• Follow up on design estimates with all your customers.  We want happy and satisfied customers!
• Work diligently every day to ensure all customer experiences are 100% positive 

Qualifications: 

• Ability to talk to anyone and everyone in a collaborative manner
• Positive attitude with a competitive spirit 
• Previous sales experience is not necessary, we’ll teach you the DecksDirect sales process!
• Capability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced environment 
• Computer proficiency is needed
• Great written communication skills
• Willing to learn 
• Team Player

Position Details:

• First-Year Estimated Earnings: $50,000-$60,000
• Pay: Hourly Wage, Commission, and Incentive
• Training Pay: Additional Hourly Wage during the first six weeks of employment
• 2 Weeks of Instructor-Led Training – 90-Day Onboarding Program
• Full-time Hourly 
• Hiring for a range of shifts!
• Onsite position: not remote
