OVERALL PURPOSE:

Run the marketing department and work with customers to see how we can grow the business. you would be the only person. You would work with website

PRIMARY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (Essential Functions):

A. Manage all marketing (100%)

· a) Review online marketing (key words, expense, etc) – Google, Yahoo, Miva, Thomas Registry, Face book, etc.

b) Review all our products for promotional pieces

c) Where are people going on the website

· d) Update websites, literature and any other advertising

e) Working with Videos for sales promotions and training

· f) May have an occasional shows

g) Review all industries and other ink manufactures that would relate to our customers using ink.
h) Market our inks through magazines (news releases and any advertisments) website, internet marketing firms

· i ) Provide monthly mailers for Deco-Chem (glass, plastic, metal) and Davis Chocolate.

j) Contact customer to get information about use of product and other means of promoting products.

k) Manage technical data sheets, literature, MSDS for sales and website

l) Press releases

Provide weekly reports on work done for the week

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

A. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

· High School diploma and some college

· Have some training in Adobe products (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Indesign, etc.) and prefer CS5 version.

B. COMPETENCIES (Skills & Knowledge)

· Have verbal and written communication skills sufficient to communicate product information with customers and sales representatives.

· Prefer knowledge in (Excel, Word, publisher, Adobe e maker, and other relevant programs)(can take classes if you are not familiar)

· Continual customer service training is necessary to provide a presentable performance.

· Have a background knowledge of marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $38.00 per hour

• Mishawaka, IN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
