RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strategic testing plans based on client goals to maximize both performance and learnings.
- Main point of contact for sr. client stakeholders and main point of escalation for all day-to-day operations and communications.
- Partnering with Search Practice Lead on all enterprise-level initiatives to drive both client and agency Search practice forward.
- Partnering with clients solutions and other investment teams to drive holistic impact for clients.
- Developing strong relationships with all key internal and external business stakeholders to grow our relationship.
- Mentor and develop junior Search team to ensure we are growing client business across Search Marketing platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and SA360.
- Drive industry leading intelligence through the development of innovative A/B tests and experiments.
- Drive internal processes and best practices for colleagues and team members.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6 years in a SEM performance marketing role
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams
- Proficiency with Google Ads and / or SA360
- Proficiency with website analytics tools like Google or Adobe Analytics
- Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
- BA/BS degree (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics a plus)
- Demonstrated record of excelling in previous roles and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment.
- BONUS EXP: Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, R, Python.
