About us:
Decoral System USA is a company with over 40 years of experience in research,
development and manufacturing of decorative powder coating systems. Decoral is
considered the industry leader for architectural, industrial and OEM decorative
applications and is a fully integrated company that manufactures every
component in its systems. Our company develops its own equipment, powder
coatings, transfer films and inks.
Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated sales professionals from the powder coating Industry to
join us in our next phase of national expansion. The RSM will call on new &
existing customers to introduce and sell Decoral capital equipment systems for
sublimation. The RSM will manage the assigned territory following our
go-to-market strategies with the objective of growing revenues and profits
through the assignment of new OEM & Job Shop Licensees in the
region.
This position is remote based.
Candidate must live within the region.
Eastern Region consists of NJ, NY, CT, PA, DE, MD, DC, MA, RI
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares and negotiates quotes and contracts with potential clients/business partners.
Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position existing portfolios to meet surfaced needs.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's core OEM products via successful completion of the required sales training program and utilize this knowledge to successfully sell the machinery equipment to new and existing customers in assigned territory.
Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports Company revenue and profit targets.
Work closely with National Sales Director, maintaining constant open dialog on daily activities and new business opportunities.
Assist and lead customer's visits to our R&D facility making sure all proper internal personnel is communicated and required documentation is in place (NDA)
Attend trade shows to promote products and brands.
Will integrate the Company CRM as the foundation of the daily workday, filtering all sales activities through the CRM.
Position Requirements:
Prior experience in the Powder Coating industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
Demonstrate ability to communicate to C level executives, VP / Directors as well as working with mid-level management and support staff.
Experience & prior success with new business development and lead qualification
Permanent access to appropriate office space within the home or alternate location.
Experience projecting market trends, building forecasts, managing an active business pipeline
Travel:
This position requires a Road Warrior ready to own the assigned region.
The successful candidate will be required to travel an average of 50% and can expect to be on the road 3 to 5 days a week, about 2 weeks a month on average.
Travel will consist of (a) within an assigned territory, (b) national trade shows, (c) Florida HQ office and (d) to assist in other regions as needed.

Base salary
