What We Are Looking For:
The Marketing Team at DeepIntent is growing and we invite you to join us on our mission to improve patient outcomes through better healthcare marketing technology. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support the marketing team’s creative design work. This role reports to the Brand Marketing Manager, with whom they will support in creating and/or designing a variety of assets in accordance with DeepIntent’s brand guidelines, including digital assets, sales collateral, content, and more.
We are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work EST business hours and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a variety of visually compelling, easy-to-understand assets and collateral from conceptualization through final approval
- Execute on-brand design demonstrating considered layout, image composition, typography, and sophisticated use of color palette.
- Project types include (not limited to): digital ads, social templates and tiles, sales collateral (one-sheets and PowerPoints), HTML email templates, custom graphics, data visualizations, gifs and/or videos, office branding (posters, signage, more).
- Work collaboratively with DeepIntent’s Marketing team, to support Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand Storytellers, PR, and Digital Marketing teams. Provision brand assets to specification to support team projects.
- Propose innovative design concepts and opportunities that can elevate our branding and market visibility
Who You Are:
- Exceptional design skills; proven track record of creating professional, high-quality, visually compelling assets and materials
- Very well organized; strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects at once, managed by multiple stakeholders; strong attention to detail
- You have the ability to develop designs in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
- You’re comfortable adapting to shifting priorities to meet deadlines on a case-by-case basis
What You’ve Accomplished:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a graphic designer; B2B experience preferred
- Experience designing and creating digital ads is required
- Experience creating HTML email templates strongly preferred
- Expertise with all key design tools and resources (e.g. Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite)
- Knowledge of digital advertising landscape and healthcare industry preferred but not required
- Experience working with and supporting sales organizations preferred but not required
