We offer geriatric-focused training and APA/ ASW accredited continuing education to our providers to assist in providing a foundation of relevant knowledge, in addition to offering consultation with colleagues to help support our new providers. We have opportunities for providing in-person diagnostic assessments, individual psychotherapy, and neuropsychological testing, in addition to opportunities for telehealth. We are hiring Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide high quality individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, behavioral management and assessment services to residents in long-term care facilities in: Tulsa, OK and surrounding areas.

Job Qualifications
- Must be currently licensed in the state of IL as a Master's level Social Worker (LCSW)
- Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred)
- Must meet credentialing standards of employer and CMS
- Willing to travel to assigned long term care facilities within the local area
- Experience collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience using Electronic Medical Records Systems
- Must possess effective communication skills in order to interact with patients, families, and facility staff
