Maintenance technician
We have an immediate opening for an apartment community Maintenance technician to service our property. You will be responsible for maintenance and some grounds upkeep and may work alone or with others. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience performing professional maintenance work, is familiar with a variety of building systems including plumbing, electrical, and heating systems.
Duties and responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance requests
- Turnover Maintenance after tenants move out
- Conduct regular inspections of the property
- Document all repairs made on the property
- Must work well in a team environment
- Excellent Customer service skills
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Building maintenance experience
- Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
- Professional certification in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical repair (preferred)
- Experience with a variety of construction disciplines
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- On call rotation required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
