What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep position at Default Board?
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide fast and reliable customer service as required to ensure good customer relations.
Answer phones and write up orders, research and resolve problems.
Coordinate and process daily office paperwork, assist walk-in customers with questions, complaints or problems.
Separate and file multiple copies of shipper orders.
Coordinate deliveries and insure timely departure, work with drivers and staff.
Pull Supplies and moldings for walk-in customers.
File, fax and copy office documentation as needed.
Responsible for physical appearance of front office
Participate in inventory counts when needed.
Able to pull and/or restock parts as needed perform other duties as needed.
