Clinical Therapist/Trainee

As a Pre-Licensed Therapist (Clinical Trainee) you hold a Master's Degree in a mental health discipline and are on a clinical licensure track (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW). You will receive 2 hours of clinical supervision each week at no cost to you, in addition to ongoing and comprehensive training and career advancement. $3,000 hiring bonus for external new hires! 

Caseloads: options include pre-school day treatment in a clinic or community-based setting, and outpatient (individual and family) therapy services working with children, families, and young adults with autism and/or mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing personalized, responsive client treatment plans
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy and skills training
• Perform crisis interventions
• Welcome new clients and conduct diagnostic assessments
• Collaborate and communicate with parents, county workers, social workers
• Positively promote change in the areas of problem-solving, decision making, communication, and social skills
• Provide work direction and leadership to staff in day treatment classrooms
• Documentation

Schedule & Pay: 

• Full time, standard business hours 
• $3,000 hiring bonus
• Pay Range: $55,000-$61,000, actual salary depends on qualifications
• Position eligible for quarterly clinical incentive bonuses ($1,000-$1,625 per quarter)

Qualifications:

• Completed Master's degree and on track toward independent clinical licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW)
  • Social Workers - must have a graduate-level license (LGSW) or close to obtaining
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children, preferably in a clinical setting
