What are the responsibilities and job description for the PTA - Therapy - PRN Weekend position at Default Brand?
Administers therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as directed by the physical therapist. Identifies patients in need of re-assessment or intervention by the physical therapist and routinely collaborates with the physical therapist regarding the plan of care.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education: Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Required licensure/registration/certification: Current Florida PTA license; BLS certification.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Effective oral and written communication skills in the English language.
Ability to perform effectively in fast paced, stressful environment.
