Position Purpose:
The Automation Analyst is responsible for automation efforts for all of defi’s Managed SERVICING cash management team.
Essential functions:

- Lead automation efforts for all dMS Cash Management teams
- Partner with management to identify enhancement opportunities using AI and other automation tools
- Identify risk in current processes and assist developing effective controls
- Reduce manual processes by 10% year over year using current systems and Vendors
- Lead individuals as needed through daily work assignments and task
- Take on any other task or assignment as directed by Senior Management

Required education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years auto lending back-office experience
- Demonstrated ability to take independent initiative
- Advanced proficiency with Windows based software programs (i.e. MSWord, Excel)
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- Easily manage and lead through change
- Strong customer/client focus with the ability to resolve issues with a positive outcome
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting with great attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounting principles
Preferred education and experience:
- Previous management experience

- Ability to create and analyze reports.
- Strong financial/metrics-based background.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Ability to work effectively across teams with minor supervision.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
