Position Purpose:
As a Client Service Executive, you will work in a client-facing operational role within our Managed Servicing business. You will work with many of our clients who are some of the largest companies in the financial services industry.
In this role, you are expected to exceed the expectations of our clients, our team members, and the enterprise. You will work with all functions including finance, IT, HR, product, and sales in coordinating the delivery or enhancement of existing services and developing new offerings.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Be the voice of the client to our business and our business back to the client.
- Manage multiple client accounts by being proactive, responsive, and available ensuring both client and defi’s needs are being met.
- Have difficult conversations that matter, both internally and externally.
- Deliver a profound experience to our clients by exceeding 100% of client and internal SLA’s .
- Help ensure client defined and internal service level results across multiple product lines using budget, forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation/workforce management best practices.
- Partner with clients and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and develop and deploy bots using robotic process automation tools.
- Help lead a culture that results in high team member engagement.
Required Qualifications/ Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Relevant equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in auto finance or related industry
- Minimum 5 years’ experience directly servicing clients with a history of strong communication and effective client relationships at all levels within the client organization
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
- Client support experience within an auto financial institution.
Travel required:
- Less than 25%
