Reports to: Creative Director
Roles / What you’ll be held accountable for:
- Quality & timelines of deliverables
- Creative decisions & recommendations
- Cross department collaboration
- LMA
Who You Are / Competencies:
- 4-6 years experience
- Grow team through effective feedback & coaching
- Train new team members for department
- Effectively lead & manage interns & apprentices
- Effectively advices team
- Spots trends based on pulling together info outside of a domain of expertise
- Scope & quote projects at all levels in department
- Review work that obtains client approval
- Attend client meetings to assist with sales engineering
- Stay informed on industry trends
- Refine images, fonts, & layouts using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & XD
- Proficiently designing for print and electronic communication solutions
