Position Name: Receptionist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate person.
· Manager customer service call log.
· Assist with confirming orders are correct and data entry is accurate.
· Assisting customers on phone and email regarding their pending orders.
· Filing
· Laminate and cut materials for tasting rooms.
· Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proficient on MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Proficient in typing.
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to perform diversified clerical functions.
· Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
· Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· Enjoys an office setting working at a desk and computer for long periods of time.
· Experience with CellarPass reservation software a plus.
