The Del Grande Dealer Group is currently seeking a Wholesale Title Clerk/ Used Car Purchase Clerk for the Business Office.

What you'll be working on:

• Prepare and process DMV title documents in a time sensitive manner to achieve or exceed title reporting standards

• Review all used car deals, verifying that all necessary documents are included and have been accurately and thoroughly completed

• Contact banks to obtain lien releases

• Assist and follow-up with DMV documents

• Perform various end-of-the-month checkups as required (inventories and vehicle receivables)

• Check for accuracy in the application to ensure all information is complete

• Comply & maintain a complete list of outstanding title work

• Stay up to date on title regulations

• Follow all quality control processes and procedures

What you need to bring to the table:

• Minimum of 2 years of dealership experience

• Recent DMV and contract auto experience required

• Providing references after initial phone screen is required

• Detail oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Fast learner that is open to change and able to handle demanding environment

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Strong communication and people skills – both written and verbal
