We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Manager / Director with demonstrated consultative sales experience. We covet proven sales experience in professional home services, financial wealth management, luxury vehicle sales or luxury travel.

We are looking for someone who can lead by example, but also integrate into a team of operational professionals who work closely together. Great communication skills, highly motivated, with a strong character are a must for this role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identify and qualify homes & homeowner leads, working closely with our marketing and leadership teams to develop and deliver proposals, maintain existing portfolio and generate new home leads
  • Work within our current CRM Lead, Deal and conversion process
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities
  • Sell consultatively and accurately describe our management program to homeowners of the various solutions the company offers to meet their needs
  • Work with sales and operational support teams for the achievement of new business development, customer satisfaction, and retention
  • Maintain memberships in local industry and business organizations as appropriate

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated new business development and sales experience
  • Background in professional home services, financial wealth management, luxury vehicle sales, or luxury travel
  • Strong written, oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to grasp vacation rental program value and compare to competitors
  • Willingness to travel around Cape Cod required

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Base, Commission structure, and benefits package commensurate with experience
