PAY (Depending on Experience)
Talent Acquisition Specialist: $25/hour - $30/hour
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist: $30/hour - $33/hour
SCHEDULE
· Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
· Hybrid eligible, after a 90-day training period, depending on business needs
· Required to travel, participate and attend various events throughout the year, sometimes before/after business hours, to include: Annual all-employee meeting, open enrollment sessions, presentations to local high school students, job fairs, etc.
LOCATION
In-person at our Rio Rancho or Santa Fe Office Locations

EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of similar or related experience is preferred.
ABOUT HUMAN RESOURCES
The Human Resources Department supports the benefits/payroll, recruiting, employee relations, and management training and development functions at Del Norte Credit Union. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with the team to develop creative ways of attracting and retaining talent for the credit union. You will also collaborate with other areas of the department to ensure we are accomplishing our team goals. You will not work in a silo, but in a collaborative environment with shifting priorities. You will also work closely with our Learning & Development Team on a regular basis.

· Post open positions, evaluating incoming applications for qualifications
· Collaborate with managers to facilitate a smooth and efficient interview process
· Maintain staffing headcount on a regular basis
· Maintain and report on recruiting analytics
· Manage HRIS recruitment system
· Give presentations to a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external
· Document and maintain recruiting procedures
Salary : $400,000
