Responsibilities:
- Resolve conflicts between team members.
- Take charge of a team when the Team Leader is unavailable or otherwise occupied.
- Stay on top of the store's finances, ensuring that budgets are being followed and that the store is making a profit in all areas.
- Ensure the health, safety, and morale of employees.
- Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and District Manager.
- Assist in interviewing prospective employees.
