Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, asphalt, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. We are hiring for the position of Paralegal II located in our Dallas, Texas office.
The Paralegal II will assist and report to the Associate General Counsel, EHS and provide support to the Legal Department on matters relating to real estate, environment, health, and safety, and general corporate legal matters.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist and provide support to Sr. Counsel, Real Estate with the development and implementation of a real estate asset management system for the company
- Assist and provide support on to Legal Department on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) matters
- Assist with tasks related to real estate, including agreement drafting and execution, ensuring maintenance of real estate rights for company, coordinating with other departments (Pipeline right of way, tax, accounting, etc.) on real estate issues
- Track and maintain the legal systems and databases real estate and EHS
- Assist with the support and coordination of general Legal Department activities
- Participate and provide support on legal operations and technology projects and matters
Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
- At least 4 years of related experience.
- The ability to work independently and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks with an attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highest levels of integrity, discretion and maturity.
- Strong verbal skills and superior grammatical and writing skills.
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite; Excel; Share Point).
