We take pride in our reputation for providing excellent customer service and are looking to add to our team. This is not a sales position. Our call center environment is casual and focuses on providing the best customer service to our customers. In this position, you will be responsible for taking customer's orders over the phone, and resolving issues in a timely, friendly and professional manner. Call Center experience preferred.

Shift: 10:30AM-7:00PM

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with orders and help them select the best service for their needs.
  • Answer questions regarding services we provide and customer orders via phone, fax, and Internet in a call-center environment.
  • Contact customers with status updates on pick-ups/deliveries.
  • Assist customers with service issues and work to resolve them quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to handle escalated customer calls as necessary.
  • Make outbound customer satisfaction calls as assigned.
  • Achieve and maintain weekly Quality Assurance standards.

Qualification requirements:

  • Previous experience in courier, delivery, or logistics industry a plus but not necessary.
  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Keyboard skills of at least 45 wpm.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
