Job Summary
This is a great opportunity to be a part of our company’s exponential growth including the challenges and opportunities that come along with it! This role will provide customer service and ongoing sales for our restaurant partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant relationships while building towards business goals
- Meet regularly with restaurant partners to gather feedback, learn additional business needs, and discuss new offerings from Delivery First
- Communicate with restaurant partners on an ongoing basis to monitor and support progress
- Work with internal team to ensure we are delivering top service in all areas of the business
- Increase business with current partners through additional opportunities including extended delivery hours, additional driver staffing, and technology including delivery platform and POS integrations
- Clearly communicate the value of Delivery First and new offerings to customers
- Achieve and exceed quarterly targets
Requirements
- 1-3 years in B2B sales, account management, and/or customer service or equivalent education
- Customer service oriented, sales minded and motivated, and ability to stay calm and collected under pressure
- Comfortable with technology; CRM or other account management system experience is a plus
- The desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Eager, able and willing to “jump in” where needed, and ability to wear multiple hats
- Able to work flexible hours
- Ability to travel within the Chicagoland area to restaurants
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
