Job Overview:
We are seeking a part-time highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the Duluth Operations team and assist with day-to-day operations.
Duties:
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and other important documents
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Utilize computerized systems for administrative tasks
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in construction industry is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
