Strategic Customer Programs Manager - CSG Direct

Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

What you’ll achieve

As the Strategic Customer Programs Manager you'll take a leadership role in defining, managing, executing, and measuring the impact and success of our CSG Direct Strategic Customer Programs. You'll have the opportunity to identify strategic marketing needs of the North America business, define strategies for addressing these needs and work with various stakeholders (CRM, Sales, extended marketing teams) to bring these strategies to life. You will grow a deep understanding of Dell Technologies’ North America Field Marketing organization, x-segment customer needs, and the levers to utilize to create demand and improved financial results for Dell Technologies.

You will:

  • Apply broad knowledge of Dell Technologies solutions and competitive environment to identify growth opportunities

  • Design ‘full funnel’ marketing programs to address growth opportunities, leveraging tactics such as digital/media, inbound lead generation, outbound sales plays, awareness, social, search and competitive programs

  • Design ‘full funnel’ marketing programs in support of Tier 1 product launches

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive the execution of integrated marketing programs, with representation from across the extended marketing community

  • Proactively seek out and understand insights and reporting analytics to continue driving optimization of strategy and programs

  • Articulate program status to senior marketing leaders and stakeholders across the organization

Essential Requirements

  • 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 8 years with a Master’s degree, with an outstanding history of success

  • Strong strategic planning and project management abilities with a constant curiosity for learning within a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Proven track record managing multiple priorities and building advocacy with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent verbal, written and conversational skills

  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and Power Point required
