Work you’ll do
Your responsibilities may depend on the level of experience you have in technical consulting, Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, general system architecture, etc.
- This highly skilled and motivated individual responsible for triaging, prioritizing, troubleshooting, and remediating system incidents related to Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms as reported by clients and in accordance with SLAs
- Must be able to understand user requirements and challenges then deliver high-quality technical support
- Technical SME for SFMC customer support
- Implement and maintain best practices of customer service
Qualifications
Required:
- Technical Bachelor’s degree required
- 4 years of experience as a Marketing Cloud admin, consultant, developer and/or related experience in Marketing Technology consulting
- Technical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) aka ExactTarget is mandatory
- Experience creating and improving Marketing Cloud data model and architecture
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- You may be required to obtain the necessary level of security clearance based on the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Experience with the following: Salesforce, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Audience Builder, Data Modeling, SQL, AMPscript
- Familiarity with multi-org connector and Marketing Cloud API
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and translating them into technical solutions
- Knowledge of Guide Template Language
- Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript
- Experience with object-oriented program languages APEX, Visualforce, JQuery, SOQL and SQL queries
- Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS)
- Master with SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Cloud’s contact data model and ETL
- Preferred Certifications: Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
