IBM FileNet Developer – Solution Specialist

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain document management solutions using IBM FileNet technology hosted on AWS infrastructure
- Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers
- Analyze systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigate problem areas
- Integrate existing software into new or modified systems
- Develop and execute test procedures for software components
- Analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements
- Plan, track, manage deliverables on short term sprints, and long-term software deployments

QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of IBM FileNet development experience and the ability to work and complete tasks independently
- 3 years of development experience with MS SQL database environments
- 3 years of software development in developing web applications and client/server applications
- 3 years of experience with document management systems and IBM FileNet platform
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and system testing
- Understanding of SDLC development methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
- Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Must be able to begin work no later than May 20, 2024, without restrictions.
