Work you’ll do
In this role, you will be part of the Emerging ERP Solutions team, focusing on implementing Workday, a cloud-based ERP application. If you are a self-driven individual passionate about supporting business transformations and implementing technology solutions, we would like to hear from you!
- Implement Workday Financials, focusing on financial accounting and the creation of integrated financial solutions
- Transform clients' charts of accounts using Workday's unique multi-dimensional data model
- Aid in finance and supply-chain transformations where software is a key driver in process change and cost reduction
- Utilize expert knowledge to guide decision-making related to functional solutions
- Formulate comprehensive strategies for project planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Serve as the main point of contact for addressing and resolving significant functional issues
- Supervise teams in identifying business requirements, developing functional designs, prototyping, testing, and establishing support procedures
- Deliver sustainable business outcomes for clients by utilizing experience and knowledge across service offerings and portfolios
- Engage in and manage relationships with senior-level clients
- Lead, advise, and monitor the performance metrics of project team members
- Mentor junior staff members

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice helps implement cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications such as Workday Financials and Infor. Teams support finance and supply-chain transformations where the software is a true enabler of process change and cost reduction.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant consulting experience
- At least 2 years of experience with Foundational Data Model (FDM)
- A minimum of one complete life cycle ERP Financial implementation (Workday)
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on work requirements and client industries/sectors served
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Hold an active Workday Certification in FDM or other Finance-related Modules
- Possess experience in SLHE
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Have professional experience working for a large consulting firm
- Have hands-on functional experience with business analysis and project management
