Work You'll Do
As a Federal Recruiting Coordinator for our federal agency client, you will:
- Support end-to-end recruiting and hiring lifecycle operations for Deloitte’s federal agency client. This includes: job definition, candidate sourcing, evaluation, selection, management/tracking, interview logistics, selection, and job offer for the direct federal agency positions.
- Maintain the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and work within time constraints
- Utilize organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as with a remote team
- Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Support onboarding and hiring process to include onboarding paperwork, orientation, benefits administration and other clerical responsibilities as needed
- Manage high volume of active candidates within the recruiting lifecycle at any given time, providing high-quality candidate experiences while managing and reporting to client on candidate progress
- Maintain data across multiple systems and steps in the process, for high volume of candidates and employees
- Develop understanding of position classification as it pertains to establishing job specifications, minimum qualifications, and job-related duties
- Handle sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Notify candidates of selection/rejection after hiring managers have made their determinations
- Document and escalate issues within the recruiting lifecycle to team leads and clients as required, to ensure compliance with project performance metrics
- Review job eligibility utilizing applicable directives and regulation
- Retrieve data from various information sources, both manual and electronic, for use in answering questions, responding to correspondence, and/or preparing reports or briefings
- Interview personnel to obtain data needed to verify and/or correct data from previously completed files and residual records.
- Submit requests for records of applicants, schedule interviews, and schedule processing dates to enter the facilities
- Maintain required forms, records, and files pertaining to enlisted applicants
- Support the coordination and execution of in person and virtual events as needed
- Provide administrative support to multiple recruiters and managers while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Manage high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls and emails with candidates and clients

Qualifications
Required:
- Must have active Public Trust clearance and be able to maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
- 1 year of professional work experience serving in function of human resources or recruitment processing with a federal government agency
- Must have experience working specifically within Monster Government Solutions as well as other federal government agency specific applicant tracking systems (USA Staffing, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience tracking a high volume (over 500 hires annually) through relevant Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred:
- Experience with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
- Experience with Project management, team leadership, client engagement, and relationship building
- Experience supporting a team of recruiters, clients or managers in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of recruiting principles, government recruiting and hiring policies, laws, and regulations
Salary : $61,000 - $101,000
