Work you’ll do
As a Workday Time & Absence Configuration Lead on our Human Capital team, you will:
- Understand and learn core processes of the business side of an organization, and also understand technology capabilities of underlying systems and look for ways to optimize business processes and functions
- Work on tactical configuration in the Workday cloud-based technology package, specifically Workday HCM Time & Absence
- Learn to bring effective application knowledge, project management, and delivery approaches to implementation and operations projects
- Gain experience configuring functionality to guide client conversations
- Develop and present PowerPoint presentations and utilize Microsoft Excel at a high proficiency

Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM solutions, preferably Workday
- Experience as a functional lead on at least 1 full life-cycle implementation of the Time & Absence module for Workday HCM
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required certification for this role
- Bachelor’s degree
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $199,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
Salary : $119,000 - $199,000
