Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive the design, configuration, test, and support of SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Agile and Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodologies to drive software development and implementation services of SAP Integration tools including SAP Process Orchestration (PO), SAP Process Integration (PI), SAP Finance (FI), SAP Controlling (CO), SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), SAP Exchange Infrastructure (XI), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and SAP API Management (APIM);
- Driving various aspects of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for SAP implementation, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations, and urgent issues, using SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and ServiceNow (SNOW);
- Building, configuring, and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP Funds Management (FM), SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), and SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) with 3rd party systems;
- Driving the creation of technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing SAP PO, SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio (NWDS), Microsoft (MS) Word, MS Excel, and MS Visio;
- Developing Technical Design Documents (TDD) from Functional Design Documents (FDD) for various Interfaces utilizing MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Visio;
- Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients, utilizing SAP PO, SAP PI, SAP XI, SAP CPI, and SAP APIM;
- Building and developing software integration production and developing software modules using SAP PO, SAP PI, SAP XI, SAP CPI, and SAP NWDS; and
- Driving the design of interface, Integration Flow and Business Process Management flows for integration and to work with offshore development teams to develop solutions.
