Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Architect in Lake Mary, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of information technology project engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing OpenText Exstream, Communication Server, Adobe Experence Manager (AEM), Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Services, Java, J2EE, and DevOps to lead information technology projects;
• Managing teams that participate in process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, utilizing Microsoft Project Plan (MPP), MS Excel, and SharePoint;
• Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedule and deliverables for clients, using MPP, MS Excel, SharePoint, and Jira;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, using Jira, Requirement Tracebility matrix (RTM), Jama, and SharePoint;
• Managing business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation, utilizing Jira RTM, MPP, MS Excel, and Miro;
• Leading development, testing and deployment, utilizing Jira, Jama, Jenkins, and AWS Cloud Services; and
• Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and managing the scope using change management processes, including risk avoidance, acceptance, and limitation techniques.
