Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Houston, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing Oracle products. Manage and deliver components of engagements to create business solutions for large companies. Manage teams in information technology projects that partake in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures of Oracle modules. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications in connection with information technology projects.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Participating in full life cycle implementations of complex deliverables by leveraging Oracle Financial Modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assests (FA), and Cash Management (CM) and building custom applications using Oracle Application Framework (OAF);
- Utilizing Oracle Unified Method (OUM) to manage software development and implementation services of Oracle Financial Modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, and CM;
- Participating in day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining contact with key decision makers;
- Delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies utilizing Atlassian Jira, Zephyr, and Microsoft (MS) SharePoint;
- Coordinating business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of Oracle software solutions;
- Enabling medium and large-scale client go-to-market strategies by converting design inputs into process flows and developing solutions for commercial operations and supply chains using Oracle Financial Modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, and CM;
- Utilizing Hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies to gather and configure Oracle system requirements into functional design; and
- Participating in business development initiatives, including proposal development and contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
