Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Architect in Lake Mary, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the information technology proposal development process; contribute to the development of information technology proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
•Managing teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional, process, and scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures utilizing incremental, blueprint, and top-down approach, Microsoft (MS) Visio, SonarQube, Jenkins, Selenium, and Apache JMeter;
•Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedule and deliverables for clients using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, GitLab, CloudBees, Jenkins, Smartsheet, and Atlassian Jira;
•Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using client meetings, identifying internal and external stakeholders, analyzing requirements, defining project scope, and reviewing with client;
•Managing business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation utilizing AppDynamics, Alternity, Dynatrace, Unified Modeling Language (UML), Class, Use Case, Sequence, Timing, Activity, and Database Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), and Jenkins;
•Leading development, testing and deployment, utilizing Eclipse, Rational Application Developer (RAD), Ant Migration Tool, Apache Maven and Tomcat, Oracle, IBM Db2, and WebSphere Application Server (WAS); and
•Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and managing the scope using change management processes, including dividing project into stages, planning, writing, reviewing and presenting deliverables to client for approval prior to starting each stage, daily scrum and weekly update meetings utilizing IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM), TeamTrack, ServiceNow, and MS Excel.
