Work You’ll Do
Drive software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; provide application analysis to meet software architecture and infrastructure goals. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, and coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analyses and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have two years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires two years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Researching user reported issues with software systems, identifying root causes and resolutions, and implementing fixes, utilizing Oracle Policy Automation (OPA);
- Tracking implementation defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Atlassian Jira, Jama, Lean, and Scrum methodologies;
- Developing functional specifications for custom development and interface with external systems utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, Adobe Comp CC, and iRise Platform;
- Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement Simple Object Access Protocol User Interface (SOAP UI) and Apache JMeter for enterprise-level clients;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing Java, Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE), JavaServer Faces (JSF), Apache Spring, Struts, and Hibernate;
- Utilizing IBM Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools including UiPath and Selenium to support unit testing to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions; and
- Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Structured Query Language (SQL), PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes of Cloud native databases including Snowflake Data Cloud and Amazon Redshift.
