Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects for SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Working across phases of the ASAP and Agile methodology Project Lifecycle, including Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go live and Support Phases;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing SAP Solution Manager;
- Managing project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Project Management tools;
- Utilizing HPQC Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to support and perform Unit, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Performing SAP Asset Accounting, Project Accounting, Internal Order Controlling, production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing ASAP and Hybrid Agile methodologies;
- Conducting SAP system demonstrations by performing process walk-throughs and business scenario simulations utilizing SAP Sandbox to illustrate the overall design, to-be business processes, system architecture, and system capabilities; and
Designing integration with other SAP Modules including Accounts Payable, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Financial Accounting.
