Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including software advisory and implementation services to help bring world class Supply Chain network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability; design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Conduct business alignment/requirement workshops to review current state supply chain processes, documenting key gaps and pain points, evaluating technology options, and validating final functional and technical requirements. Manage the creation of walkthrough as-is and to-be process maps, confirming future state landscape and architecture, and translating the requirements into project designs. Interface directly with client stakeholders in process workshops during the design process to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents. Manage aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have three years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and five years of progressive related work experience. Position requires three years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Leveraging Ariba Contracts, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), Ariba Buying and Invoice Management, GEP SMART, SAP Materials Management (MM) for SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), JD Edwards (JDE), and Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Oil & Gas industries;
• Managing Supply Chain and indirect procurement transformations, using Ariba Contracts, Ariba SLP, Ariba Buying and Invoice Management, GEP SMART, SAP MM for SAP ECC, JDE, and Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Managing large-scale Ariba Contracts, Ariba SLP, Ariba Buying and Invoice Management, GEP SMART, SAP MM for SAP ECC and JDE implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
• Managing and performing system configuration to automate business processes for strategic sourcing, contracts lifecycle management and digitization, procurement and invoicing automation, supplier onboarding and risk management, utilizing Ariba Contracts, Ariba SLP, Ariba Buying and Invoice Management, GEP SMART, SAP MM for SAP ECC, JDE, and Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Managing project teams and project delivery, and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope, and resources, utilizing MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Azure DevOps (ADO), Steelray Project Viewer (SPV), and Power BI;
• Managing Unit Testing, Integration Test Cycle, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unit Integration Testing, utilizing ADO and Remedy to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
• Managing the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, ADO, Steelray Project Viewer (SPV), and Power BI;
• Managing the design and delivery of user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments, utilizing SAP Enable Now, MS Excel, MS Snipping Tool, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Snagit.
