Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology project, including Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage information technology project and the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage information technology project and day-today interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Agile Methodology to manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the Manufacturing and Technology industries;
- Managing all phases of the on-premise/Cloud supply chain transformation project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
- Utilizing Application Lifecycle Management to support and oversee system integration and user acceptance testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Conducting requirement gathering business process workshops, utilizing process flows to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle ERP for Procurement;
- Overseeing assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing gap analysis templates to design Oracle future solution and supply chain system landscapes;
- Developing functional specifications for custom developments and interfacing with external systems via Oracle Cloud and On-premise Integration Platforms; and
- Overseeing the tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Jira, RICEW Trackers and SharePoint applications.
