Work you'll do
As an Audit Analytics Manager Specialist, you will utilize your prior experience to oversee the development and execution of analytics solutions that support audit engagement objectives, across all stages of an audit, and to deliver meaningful insights to the audit team and the client. Sample Manager Specialist responsibilities may include:
- Lead a team of analytics professionals in delivering audit analytics and data visualization projects using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling tools and technologies to produce analysis throughout the audit process
- Train, mentor and supervise audit analytics staff and seniors
- Build relationships with audit team professionals
- Assist in development of project plans and help oversee delivery and quality of audit analytics deliverables and solutions
- Present recommendations to the audit team(s) to enable critical decision making.
- Lead the design of the approach to audit analytics; manage the review and completion of team deliverables to help ensure data integrity and project alignment
- Collaborate with individual audit engagement teams, leadership, and client personnel to develop and deploy audit services to clients
- Leverage advanced technology and leading practices specific to audit analytics and data visualization to drive strategic benefits in the areas of audit quality, efficiency, and value

QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting information systems, statistics, math, economics, industrial & operations engineering, computer engineering, decision sciences and/or data sciences or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- 5 years of relevant work experience and must be skilled in data analysis, logical structuring and problem solving.
- Familiarity with analytical software packages/tools/languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, R, ACL, Python, Visual Basic) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and experiencing applying such tools to solve complex analytics problems.
- Professional certification, including one of the following: CPA - Certified Public Accountant, CAP - Certified Analytics Professional, CFA - Chartered Financial Analyst, CFE - Certified Fraud Examiner, CIA - Certified Internal Auditor, CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor, CRISC - Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls or other relevant certification
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,800 - $193,700.
