The role will also allow you to collaborate with our Clients & Markets stakeholders to build capabilities for personalization, segmentation, data-sync/propagation, and privacy management that allow them to easily integrate with CDP and help them use customer data to drive exponential growth.

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead management and administration of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP and related toolkit as required by the role.
- Provide architectural leadership and support for the platform as required by business requirements.
- Collaborate on the management and optimization of data pipelines to and from AEP
- Provide guidance on segment-building and assist in performing dynamic customer-level analysis
- Diagnose and track down any functional issues to a root or functional cause, and resolve issues as needed.
- Manage and maintain overall architecture documentation.
- Coordinate with privacy and compliances teams on proper handling of consumer PII.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, internal partners, and others through good interpersonal skills.
- Interfacing with specific SMEs and business teams across CRM, MarTech and AdTech to gather business requirements to define technical architecture for elevated customer experience & novel marketing data solutions.
- Manage the day-to-day work of onshore and offshore developers to ensure projects are delivered on time. Work as their technical lead and offer solutions as needed.
- Deliver innovative ideas to solve customer needs
- Engaging in technical resource planning and level-of-effort estimation to support project scoping, pricing, and planning.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience related to technical data management & marketing solution experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or a similar relevant field
- Experience leading development or implementations for enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated familiarity with the Adobe Suite (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch)
- Ability to translate requests from non-technical stakeholders into operational steps and successful outcomes
- High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to deal with ambiguous requirements.
- Demonstrated competency in a variety of Data Transport and ETL processes and methodologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of metadata management concepts and practical application
- Basic understanding of SQL Databases including basic SQL query management and optimization skills
- 3 years of data modeling experience
- Experience in advanced data warehouse concepts
- Understanding of public cloud offerings and how-to solution designs that are built around these technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and similar)
- Excellent people skills and the ability to articulate complex technology concepts with technical and non-technical individuals
- Ability to approach a technical solution to solved for challenges from a business perspective
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
- Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries that you serve
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of digital marketing analytics fundamental
- Direct experience with RESTful API development, integration, & maintenance strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in Agile Digital Project Management.
- Prior work with data clean rooms for privacy-compliant measurement
- Experience in regulated industries including Life sciences, Healthcare and Financial Services
- Privacy professional certification such as CIPP, CIPM, or CIPT certifications.
- Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or other applicable advanced degree preferred.
