Work you'll do
- Provide strategic support to the Director on matters related to the management and operation of the office, with a particular focus on implementing business process improvement solutions and systems.
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of the EMSEPP staff, including the management of day-to-day operations, and coordination of key initiatives in support of the EMSEPP Directorate.
- Provide timely and relevant information to the Director to help inform decision-making on key issues related to the management and operation of the office and the implementation of the EMS3 Strategy.
- Serve as the primary liaison to other senior officials within the DoD and other federal agencies, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and coordination on matters related to the EMSEPP mission and the EMS3 Strategy.
- Arrange and coordinate the Director's domestic and overseas travel.
- Work closely with other senior officials within the DoD and other federal agencies to ensure effective collaboration and coordination on key initiatives and programs related to achieving the goals of the electromagnetic spectrum superiority strategy.

Required:
- Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
- Bachelors degree is required.
- 10 years experience in DOD.
- Extensive experience in EMSO, Joint Electronic Warfare, Spectrum Management, and DoD Staffing processes.
- Familiarity with Agile Project Management Tools, and Sharepoint.
- Expert in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Travel up to 20%
Salary : $161,000 - $204,000
