Work you'll do
- Analyze and provide solution to low complexity and routine computer issues
- Oversee the Incident, Problem, and Change management processes
- Identify incident trends; recommend and implement improvements to reduce volume
- Keep Ops team up-to-date with new implementations and technologies
- Establish clear communication channels for feedback from customers, peers, and cross functional teams
- Identify new solutions for improved processes, as well as develop cost/benefit analysis for business solutions
- Make certain that technology solutions adhere to quality standards
- Collaborate with the project teams to review or inspect work to guarantee their quality.

Some areas that we focus on include Children Services, Eligibility & Enrollment, Child Support Enforcement, and Labor & Workforce Development.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United S tates without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 1 year of Government consulting experience
- 1 year of performing various functions, including providing support needed for effective and efficient day-to-day IT operations of core business application
- Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong team work abilities
