As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you'll use your analytical, research, and communication skills to work closely with team members in a highly collaborative environment by performing compliance tracking for Deloitte professionals of multiple compliance requirements. You will use a strategic mindset to compile the facts and circumstances regarding compliance inquiries by analyzing and comparing data in several systems and various reports, all while working closely with team members to respond to questions and provide support to professionals, business leadership and other compliance stakeholders.
Work you'll do
- Provide monitoring and analytics support related to reporting Ethics & Compliance (E&C) metrics.
- Use Tableau to design, develop, and maintain reports; create metrics and dashboards to provide insights to evaluate, improve, and automate various processes.
- Perform various quality reviews and update compliance information systems with data pertaining to non-compliance/escalations.
- Assist in identifying compliance risks, enhance, and implement compliance monitoring efforts, and foster a compliance culture; where appropriate, identify gaps and or issues for escalation to managers and propose process improvements and enhancements.
- Research, respond and resolve Compliance HelpDesk inquires in relation to compliance monitoring.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a compliance role
- Prior experience working in a role that requires research and reporting
- 1 year (intermediate to advanced proficiency) working in Tableau and Excel
Preferred:
- SQL experience
- Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint, data quality, and analytical experience
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,770 to $121,215.
