Lead Project Manager- Brand Design

The Lead Project Manager of Distribution & Logistics is responsible for the design, development and optimization of the inventory support systems and analytics in support of the Distribution & Logistics organization.  The Lead Project Manager will develop actionable analytics for strategic corporate initiatives focused on key performance indicators to drive world class distribution & logistics support standards. Additionally, the Lead Project Manager will support and lead project teams to provide technical support and project management expertise in the specification, implementation, integration, and optimization of cross-divisional decision support systems and business intelligence tools.

Overall responsibility for distribution & logistics systems and analytics critical to the accurate and timely measurement of distribution & logistics in support of our internal and external customers.  Ensures efficient, safe, and compliant daily distribution & logistics operations.  Must possess, create and implement a strategic vision to improve quality, efficiency, and competitiveness of distribution & logistics. Achieve expertise in existing systems through enhancements and improvements, direct problem identification and troubleshooting, and lead in developing next-generation decision support, analytics and process improvements. Distribution & Logistical operations experience highly preferred.

Key Job Functions:

Leads high-visibility, high impact projects to improve overall Inventory and Logistics performance.  Is responsible for distribution & logistics process development and implementation of next generation reporting and automation based on statistical analysis of historical data, predictive modeling, benchmarking, and scenario analysis.  Provide project management and lead developer expertise in the creation and enhancement of decision support systems.  Leverages emerging technologies and identifies efficient and meaningful ways to communicate data and analysis in order to satisfy divisional needs.

Leads inter/intra departmental initiatives that improve usability of data and end-user satisfaction.
