Overall responsibility for inventory support systems and analytics critical to the accurate and timely measurement of material & airline performance. Ensures efficient, safe, and compliant daily Material operations. Must possess, create and implement a strategic vision to improve quality, efficiency, and competitiveness of material services. Supports world class asset/materials standards. Achieve expertise in existing systems through enhancements and improvements, direct problem identification and troubleshooting, and lead in developing next-generation decision support, analytics and process improvements. Technical operations experience highly preferred.
Key Job Functions:
• Leads high-visibility, high impact projects to improve overall Inventory and Logistics performance.
• Is responsible for material support process development and implementation of next generation reporting and automation based on statistical analysis of historical data, predictive modeling, benchmarking, and scenario analysis.
• Provide project management and lead developer expertise in the creation and enhancement of decision support systems.
• Leverages emerging technologies and identifies efficient and meaningful ways to communicate data and analysis in order to satisfy divisional needs.
• Leads inter-/intra-departmental initiatives that improve usability of data and end-user satisfaction.
• Demonstrates characteristics of a leader including frequently representing the team in interactions with other TechOps business units.
• Provides leadership, training and mentoring to team members and user groups to ensure key knowledge, processes, skill sets, and capabilities are maintained, documented and perpetuated long term.
• Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
