The Executive Administrative Assistant is a general clerical position, receptionist and Board of Director liaison.
The duties include but not limited to:
Manage and route incoming telephone calls for all programs located within the agency, retrieve general voicemail, determine appropriate party and transfer messages, receive telephone messages and deliver them to appropriate personnel, answer basic questions about the organization and the various programs as well as provide addresses, directions and other information, welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel, monitor visitor access and issue visitor passes when required, maintain a meeting room reservation calendar, and vehicle reservation calendar. Assists in planning, organization and presentations for meetings, events and training, receives, sorts and routes mail and facsimile transmissions, and overseas postage meter usage and all applicable data associated with equipment.
Applicant must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year experience in a related job. A.A. degree or certificate and/or commensurate experience in related areas highly desirable.
