- $455,000 Guaranteed Salary with 2 to 3 year term
- $wRVU Production $55/wRVU
- $Sign on Bonus Available
- $10,000 Annual Retention Bonus

- $5,000 CME Annually
RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS - General Surgery (GS)
- Modern and Efficient not-for-profit Rural Hospital
- Established practice, take over established practice/20 years
- 22 referring providers to ensure success, no competition
- General surgery and Scopes
- 1:4 but only C-Section call/NOT general call
- Dedicated Staff and well supported
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - General Surgery (GS)
- Board Eligible or Certified is required within 5 years of training
- General surgery Plus Scopes/C-Sections
- Quality and Patient Care Focused
- Work well in Teams
