The DFP Manager Enterprise IT Applications will be a key member of Delta Flight Products (DFP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. The Manager will own the successful implementations, usage, integrations to other systems and continuous improvements of the enterprise applications used in DFP (Epicor ERP, SAP Finance, etc.). The Manager will lead the DFP IT Applications and Support team and drive successful systems implementations, adoption and user support for DFP. The Manager must work collaboratively with the other functions across all business units of DFP and other focal points of Delta (IT, SAP COE and others as necessary). Working closely with the DFP Leadership team the DFP Manager will understand the business strategy of DFP, develop and execute short term and long-term goals and objectives to support DFP as it is positioned to be the leader in its segment within the Aviation Market. 
This position will be based in Atlanta.
  • Lead the DFP IT Applications and Support team to achieve the goals set forth for the organization from time to time.
  • Work closely with the DFP business teams to identify, document and establish road map of application functionalities required to continuously improve the efficiencies of DFP teams.
  • Work closely with Delta IT teams including SAP COE, Partners of DFP/Delta, Consultants/Contractors to plan, budget and deliver the required functionality per road map. 
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts identified from the respective business functions to establish a road map and delivery/roll out of functionality with required documentation.
  • Lead the training needs of the DFP business organization on the enterprise applications, its functionalities, ensuring support of the organization roles of DFP.
  • Oversee and manage multiple parallel IT projects, risk identifications, mitigation and cost control.
  • Assign, monitor and lead the applications development and support teams and the process modeling activities. 
  • Effectively communicate and provide periodic updates on application enhancements, functionalities, process changes and IT support to the DFP organization and leadership. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Head of Advanced Analytics and IT Operations.
