Our client is a leading electrical contractor with a rapidly growing solar division. So much so that we need a full-time Solar Project Manager to keep strong communication with customers before, during, and after the project. Right now that function is spread among field personnel, sales, and office staff and this position will consolidate the responsibility to one person - could be you!
What youll do:
Our client is a leading electrical contractor with a rapidly growing solar division. So much so that we need a full-time Solar Project Manager to keep strong communication with customers before, during, and after the project. Right now that function is spread among field personnel, sales, and office staff and this position will consolidate the responsibility to one person - could be you!
What youll do:
- Collaborate with Sales to start the project and develop relationship with customers
- Utilize internal software to track progress of installation from day 1 through interconnect
- Coordinate with field staff to ensure timeline is followed
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers with questions
- Deliver excellent customer service and develop referrals
- 3 years in a construction or contracting role dealing with customers
- Positive attitude and consultive approach to clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Impeccable communication skills
- Proactive approach to keeping customer updated
Salary : $79,800 - $101,000
